Fatal and non-fatal liver disorders of an idiosyncratic or hypersensitivity type may occur with Dantrium® therapy. In case of overdose, symptoms include, but are not limited to, muscular weakness, lethargy, coma, vomiting, diarrhea, and crystalluria.
